Hi, my name is Kimberly! I am the Owner & Operator of Kids in the Grove Topham & West Langley! I have been a resident of Walnut Grove for 25 years; attending both West Langley Elementary School & Walnut Grove Secondary. I am married and have two children; a 14 month old and a 13 year old Stepson. I am also an Auntie to an 8 year old & 11 year old! I have been an active participant in the community; working with children since my early adolescence. Seeing a need for a daycare that was convenient to working families, I opened JK Kids Club in 2002 operating out of local schools. Since then, our name has changed, but our belief has not; "to provide a trusting, open and fair atmosphere so the students can have the ability to express themselves in a comfortable and confident manner".

I was able to adjust to the changes when the French Immersion Program at Topham moved to James Kennedy and I would soon be without a classroom to operate in. However, with Topham having extra classrooms available, I was asked to come to their school to continue our service to the community!!! I am now in my 6th school year of opening and I am very happy with the amount of interest & success Kids in the Grove has made!! I very much enjoy my visits with all the families & getting to know their children! I have made long lasting friendships with the families at our centres!

When I am not working, I am spending time with my little guy! I agree with our Program Director Tiffani in that; I too look forward to every minute with him; watching him learn & grow into the little person he is becoming! I enjoy gardening, biking, scrap booking, interior décor. As a family, we also enjoy spending time up in the interior visiting our extended families!!

I look forward to meeting all the families joining us at both locations!!
