Hello, my name is Paula. I have recently joined the Kids in the Grove team and will be working with the Preschool team at Topham and the Out of School Care Program at West Langley. I have been working with children for the last eight years both in Canada and in England. It was in England that I studied Emotional Intelligence-Early Years and focused myself on working with children with varying emotional and behavioral problems. My objective is to promote a friendly, caring environment where your children are encouraged to develop at their own pace through play and exploration. I aim to help children to gain confidence and develop their social skills and to be tolerant and accepting of differences between one another.

When I am not working, I am spending time with my husband, our five year old son and our new puppy. I enjoy camping, swimming, fishing, music and travelling.

I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of the children and families at Kids in the Grove.
