Current email address.
Child's age as of December 31, 2006
Centre Location (Topham or West Langley)
Program of interest (Preschool, Extended Preschool, Kinder Care or Out of School Care)
Preschool Class & Time AM (9:00-11:30am)
Out of School Care Full Time (4-5 days) Part Time (2-3 days)

* When we have received your emailed information, we will be able to send you our "Family Information Package" via Canada Post Mail. Package includes: Our Philosophy, Parent Handbook, Registration Forms, Parent Agreement and 3 Consent Forms.

Open House is Tuesday, September 2nd 2008 (child care is not offered on this day). All programs begin Wednesday, September 3rd 2008!!
