• Parents/Guardians & contact information
• Current address & phone number
• Current email address.
• Child's age as of December 31, 2009
• Centre Location (West Langley) Topham Temporarily Closed!
• Program of interest (Preschool Curriculum, 4 Year Old Care , Kinder Care or Out of School Care)
• Preschool Curriculum Time AM (8:45am-11:15am and PM 11:45am-2:15pm)
• 4 Year Old Care Time 8:45am to 2:15pm.
• Out of School Care Full Time (4-5 days) Part Time (2-3 days)
